We recommend you do not buy birthday gifts unless you place the order 21 days in advance.

Orders received before 12.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, will generally be dispatched the same day providing we do not have a stock error.

All our items unless stated in the product description are sent out in mint condition. However in some instances the product will get to us dented during transit from our supplier. All our parcels are very carefully packaged in a very secure to resist crushing.

Deliveries within UK will be mostly sent using Hermes & Royal Mail and delivery is 94% of the time is between 2 - 4 working days!

In stock with suppliers: 

These are items that are in stock with our supplier but are out of stock with us. 

We can reorder and can usually be delivered within 21days.

These constitute a "special order" and are therefore exempt from cancellation.


We endeavour to ensure a smooth pre-ordering process; however, there are important aspects to consider before committing to a pre-order.

Prior to placing a pre-order, please bear in mind that the given date is not always guaranteed to be 100% accurate. It is essential to be prepared for potential delays ranging from one month to two months, or even up to six months. Additionally, there is a slight possibility that the pre-order may be cancelled by the supplier or manufacturer.

To secure your order, full payment for the items is required upfront.

We strive to provide regular updates regarding any changes or delays to your pre-order's delivery date. we continuously pursuing our suppliers and will promptly notify you as soon as we receive any information that may impact your order.

You have the option to cancel your pre-order at any time and get full refund.

Once your item is either due to arrive at our premises or is in our physical possession, we will promptly ship it to you.

All European & International orders will be sent by International Mail and the payment of taxes and custom charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the receiver once the goods arrive at the destination country. Orders sent to Europe NOW have import duty and tax, but please check with your country to be sure. Custom charges do not normally apply for International orders under £35. 

​If you see an item you like and we do not ship to your country, just ask, if we can and what will be the cost off shipping. We will let you know.

European and International orders usually arrive within 5 and 28 working days respectively.


If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the goods at your expense for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. The goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Please ensure that they are well packed as we will take no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty we will replace the goods without charge or offer a full refund after they have been returned for inspection providing the damage is reported within 24 hrs after delivery. Please contact us before sending back your item/s.

External Packaging:

All our items are sent out with packaging in mint condition unless stated otherwise in the product description. We accepts no liability for external packaging that has been damaged during transit as it is only regarded by the manufacture as protection for the internal goods.

Posters & Wall Scrolls:

Customers will get their posters & wall scrolls dispatched in original manufactures packaging inside sturdy poster tubes.

Delayed / Lost order:

We only considers an order is lost during delivery if it is not received by 30 days after the date we dispatched it. Claims for lost items can only be applied for after 30 days from the date we advise the customer their order has been dispatched.

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. But in the event of reported lost/delayed orders we will do our best to help you resolve the matter as soon as possible!.

Product Details:

Anime Toons attempts to be as accurate as possible. However,that does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused, unopened and undamaged condition.

Choking Warning:

All items available from us may have a CHOKING HAZARD and are NOT suitable for children under 3 years old. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enforce this restriction as we accepts no responsibility for the inappropriate misuse of its toys.

Self-Assembly Damage:

Certain figures available from us require self-assembly and we assumes no liability for toys that are damaged due to incorrect assembly.


With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT accept payment until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mis-priced. If we discover a mis-pricing, we will do one of the following:

1: If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

2: If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

3: On completing checkout the customers agrees to the total amount due and the funds will be deducted from ones account.

Anime Toons reserves the right to change our prices at anytime desired (in order to have competitive prices). However if you make an order and shortly afterwards the price is reduced, if your order has not yet been dispatched we will be happy to refund you the difference. 

However we will not be able to offer you the lower price if your order has already been dispatched.


All prices in the shop is shown in GBP (£). Please check the exchange rate for your currency before making an order. Refunds due to customers not understanding will be less 5% of total payment. To see estimated cost in USD and Euros, add items to cart, and do a 'test' checkout.
